Refund Policy

Once you have subscribed to our digital services you won’t be eligible for a refund. This is because you have had access to our digital content. This service is a virtual digital product that cannot be returned and therefore is non refundable.
All sales are final. By becoming a client you certify that you are well aware of this aspect and you cease any right to file for a refund after purchase.

7-Day Trial: After availing the 7 day trial, if you want to cancel your trial, you have to cancel it within the 7 day trial period.

You must send cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next billing period. Requests must be sent only [email protected], otherwise, they are not taken into consideration.

To cancel your trial, we will need the following information: your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), email address, login name, and a brief comment explaining why you would like to cancel.

If you fail to cancel your trial, your monthly subscription will start on the 8th day. Our monthly subscription is a recurring billing service. We are not responsible for the payment you would make if you fail to unsubscribe your trial on time.

If your cancellation request comes from the email address other than registered email address we will ask you additional information including but not limited to: registered email, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date etc.

A cancellation of subscription means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments.

Custom Service:

  • Due to our custom services (store setup, store customization, consultancy, on-demand creatives, any kind of service) being a digital service that can easily be copied and saved, we do not allow or provide any refunds for any reason, when you pay for the services. You agree to this policy and accept that we will not do any refund, no matter what the conditions are.
  • When you purchase our custom service, you agree to this policy and will respect www.ecomchef.com on these subjects for refunds.
